What happens on the day of your removal service
From the time we arrive at your property we will introduce ourselves with photo ID to identify who we are. We will then proceed to protecting all your carpets and flooring. If you have chosen our packing service we will start with that straight away, we always start with the kitchen first because it is the most time consuming. If you did not request our full packing service we will just start loading the removal vehicle immediately. When we get to your new home we will repeat the same process protecting your carpets.
Packing Service
Our optional packing service makes life easier for clients and ensures a safe journey for their belongings and all packages are clearly marked which means they can be unpacked quickly and efficiently upon arrival. Also we can quote for unpacking if required and we guarantee we can amend any or our service to suit your exact needs and pocket.
The team can assist or do all your packing 1 or 2 days prior to the day of your move or on the same day. Our trained staff is always available to give a helping hand or do it all for you. Our staff members have over 10 or 20-years experience in packing antiques, chandeliers, pictures and all fragile items, so you can be sure that your possessions are in good hands. (No cowboy service here).
When Requesting Removal Quote
After filling in our quotation form we will respond on the same day with the a provitonal quotation that will suit your exact needs based on the information you have provided, we will then arrange a video consultation to get a visual and better understanding of your needs therefore establishing a more accurate quotation if necessary, we will then alter your quotation according to your exact requirements and budget.
